Rusberry technology

Harvesting of the raw materials

Rusberry plant is located in an ecologically clean area of the Russian North in the Vologda region in the ancient city Ustyuzhna. there are the main work places for harvesting of the wild berries and mushrooms. We also harvest wild plants in Kostroma, Arkhangelsk and Pskov regions. Fresh mushrooms and berries are got to the processing complex within a maximum of 2 days after collection and are passed the inspection of the Rusberry quality Service. Then all wild materials are immediately cleared from the forest debris and are directly put into working processing.

Shocked freezing

The Rusberry processing complex is equipped with shock freezing equipment using IQF technology (Individual Quick Freezing) in the Frigoscandia fast-freezing tunnel (-35-40° С) (Sweden).

Cleaning and sorting

The Rusberry plant provides gentle and high-quality multi-stage processing of raw materials: cleaning of forest debris, calibrating of the berries by size, separating stalks and perianths using modern equipment from MEGA (Poland). Electronic sorting is carried out on equipment Sortex Buhler (England).

Packing

The Rusberry Company has the ability to pack products according to the customer's needs in:

flow pack from 250g to 3 kg
corrugated box with a polyethylene liner from 3 to 10 kg
branded three-layer kraft bag with internal laminated impregnation and a polyethylene liner from 15 to 25 kg

Storing

Rusberry Company has its own refrigeration facilities (up to 5 thousand tons of products at a time) in St. Petersburg and in the Vologda Oblast.

Logistics

Rusberry has its own address logistics system with a temperature regime of -18 ° С. We deliver to Russia, the CIS, Europe, China and America.
